Vietnamese Banana Bread

Vietnam is one of the few south east asian countries where you can regularly get bread. This is a kind of baguette introduced during the colonisation of vietnam by the French.
At one lovely little cafe near Hanoi we were very excited to also see Banana Bread on the list and so ordered it.

Recipe:

  • Slice one small baguette lengthwise.
  • Peel a banana and insert into baguette whole - like a hotdog!
